To connect a turntable to powered speakers, run RCA cables from the turntable to the speakers' RCA inputs. If your turntable has a built-in preamp (or 'LINE' switch), connect directly. If not, you'll need a phono preamp between them, because phono-level signal is too quiet for powered speakers alone.
Connection Methods
RCA Direct (turntable with preamp) 🔌 Wired
Set the turntable's switch to LINE (if it has one).
Connect RCA cables from the turntable to the powered speakers' RCA input.
Connect the speakers' power and the ground wire if provided.
Set the speaker input to the matching RCA/AUX source.
